  • Order Changes & Cancellations: If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided at the time of purchase.

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS, SAFETY & SHIPPING

  • Artisanal Nature: Because our resin diorama lamps are handcrafted, slight variations in resin finish, lighting placement, bubble distribution, or internal textures are expected and do not constitute defects. These unique characteristics are an inherent part of handmade art.

  • Safety & Usage: Our lamps are intended for decorative indoor use only. Please operate them in a dry, safe environment. Dolly Lamps is not responsible for damages, electrical failure, or injury resulting from improper use, alterations, or failure to follow electrical safety guidelines.

  • Fragility & Care: Our pieces contain delicate components and must be handled with care. We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling, drops, or exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight after receipt.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility for the shipment terminates.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 5 - USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

If you submit, post, upload, or tag us in content featuring our products, you grant Dolly Lamps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content across our social channels, website, and promotional materials.
